Island Cheers Return Policy
 
If you're not completely satisfied with any item you may return any item within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund, excluding original shipping & handling charges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise to Island Cheers unless we shipped the incorrect or defective product. The returned item(s) must be in perfect condition with the original tags and labels attached if possible.

Please include a copy of the return form in the carton, and wrap the package securely. Please indicate the reason for your return or exchange.  

Please email us before you ship back any item to Island Cheers. 

Washed, worn or altered items cannot be returned. Island Cheers ships all clothing orders wraped.

We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges of returned items.
